Creating Lifelong Learners

At Residing Hope Montessori, formerly known as In As Much, we provide children with the nurturing support that fosters self-motivated, lifelong learning. The Montessori learning environment models respectful behavior while teaching practical skills.

Residing Hope Montessori

Residing Hope Montessori was originally founded in 1980 as In As Much, and was one of the first in Volusia County to offer early childhood education programs. In 2018, the program moved to the newly constructed Lamar Louis Curry Early Childhood Education Development Center where it expanded to a licensed capacity of 225 children. Our Montessori is accredited by Council On Accreditation, and has earned the Gold Seal from Florida Department of Children and Families. Educational offerings include full-day or part-day education through middle school.

Residing Hope offers a planned Montessori curriculum that includes language, geography, creative and academic art, math, science, and music. In addition to these core areas, the curriculum adds practical life skills, dramatic play, graces and courtesies, and cultural diversity. Specific programs include:

  • Infant
  • Toddler
  • Preschool – 8th Grade
  • Summer Camp
  • Swimming Program
